"The set-up at Moonrise worked very well and Oakwood did a great job for us.  We basically set up a satellite office down there and we rented various office equipment through third-party vendors.  We were able to arrange for the vendors to call Oakwood to let them know when they would be delivering equipment and someone from Oakwood went to meet them and let them in, so that when we arrived, our equipment was already in place.  We had ground floor apartments and, since the patios/balconies didn't have any railings around them, it was easy to move our boxes in and out through the arcadia doors.  Oakwood also arranged for us to get multiple phone lines run into the units to accommodate our laptops and fax machine and provided us with multiple keys to our units.  Also, we were able to furnish the apartments however we wanted, which was really helpful because we were able to eliminate (and not get charged for) items we didn't need.  Oakwood was able to arrange for the rental of office-type equipment (desks, chairs, bookcases) in addition to regular furniture rentals."
